Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Miller Rustlers (Miller, SD) and the visiting Gettysburg Battlers (Gettysburg, SD), saw Miller's volleyball squad notch a victory over Gettysburg by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Miller improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Rustlers host Faulkton (Faulkton, SD) to encounter the Trojans in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 18. The Trojans go into the battle with a record of 4-6.

The Battlers now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highmore/Harrold for a B Region 6 battle on Tuesday, September 16. Gettysburg will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Philip (Philip, SD). The Pirates record now stands at 4-3.
