September 13, 2025: Jefferson, LA 70121 In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Hammond Tornadoes volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Riverdale Rebels.
With the win, Hammond advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Tornadoes travel to Ursuline Academy (New Orleans, LA) to face the Lions in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Lions go into the test with a record of 2-0. Ursuline Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Landry (New Orleans, LA)
The Rebels now sport a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Academy of the Sacred Heart for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Riverdale will face a Cardinals team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Benjamin Franklin (New Orleans, LA). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-1.
