With the win, Hudson improves its record to 18-6 on the season. The Pirates host Denver (Denver, IA) to battle the Cyclones in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 16. The Cyclones enter the contest with a record of 19-0. Denver won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Grundy Center (Grundy Center, IA)
Next, the Trojans battle the Perry Bluejays (Perry, IA) in a Heart of Iowa contest, on Monday, September 15. West Marshall will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Bluejays enter the contest with a 0-10 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Nodaway Valley (Greenfield, IA).
