Virginia High School Volleyball - Kempsville tips Wake Prep Academy

September 13, 2025: Virginia Beach, VA 23464

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Kempsville Chiefs (Virginia Beach, VA) and the visiting Wake Prep Academy Guardians (Wake Forest, NC), observed Kempsville's volleyball team hold off Wake Prep Academy by a tally of 2-1.

The Chiefs (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Ambassador Christian School (Huntersville, NC). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 10-5 record. In their last challenge, Ambassador Christian School was tipped by Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Guardians meet the Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 13. Wake Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 13-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the test with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hickory (Chesapeake, VA).
