Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Lincoln Leopards (Lincoln, KS) and the visiting Wamego Red Raiders (Wamego, KS), saw Lincoln's volleyball squad nudge Wamego by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Lincoln improves its record to 3-5 on the season. The Leopards travel to Fairbury (Fairbury, NE) to encounter the Jeffs in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. The Jeffs go into the battle with a record of 4-3. Fairbury lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Thayer Central (Hebron, NE)

The Red Raiders now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Concordia for a North Central Kansas battle on Tuesday, September 16. Wamego will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Abilene (Abilene, KS). The Panthers record now stands at 6-4.
