California High School Volleyball - Summit Shasta tips Los Altos

The Summit Shasta Black Bears (Daly City, CA) volleyball held off the host Los Altos Eagles (Los Altos, CA), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Black Bears now possess a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league match on Saturday, September 13. Summit Shasta will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Lowell (San Francisco, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-6.

The Eagles (7-4) will now prepare for their match against Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA). The Fighting Knights enter the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Hillsdale nipped Woodside (Woodside, CA), 3-0, in a league bout.
