Illinois High School Volleyball - MacArthur tips Tri-City
September 13, 2025: Decatur, IL 62522 MacArthur Generals (Decatur, IL) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Tri-City Tornadoes (Buffalo, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, MacArthur advances its record to 3-4 on the season. The Generals travel to Glenwood (Chatham, IL) to face the Titans in a Central State Eight test on Tuesday, September 16. The Titans go into the test with a record of 9-2. Glenwood won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Mater Dei (Breese, IL)
The Tornadoes now sport a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arthur for a non-league test on Monday, September 15.
