September 13, 2025: Willits, CA 95490 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA) and the host Willits Wolverines (Willits, CA), saw Yreka's volleyball squad notch a victory over Willits by a score of 2-0.
With the win, Yreka improves its record to 10-7 on the season. The Miners travel to Fortuna (Fortuna, CA) to encounter the Huskies in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. The Huskies go into the battle with a record of 2-4. Fortuna lost 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against South Fork (Miranda, CA)
The Wolverines now own a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calistoga for a North Central II battle on Tuesday, September 16. Willits will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Sonoma Academy (Santa Rosa, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-3.
