The Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA) softball the host Towns County Indians (Hiawassee, GA), 4-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Jaguars (5-10) will now prepare for their bout against Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA). The Bears go into the 4A Region 8 bout with a 7-7 record. In their last bout, Cherokee Bluff held off Seckinger (Buford, GA), 6-3, in a league bout.
