With the win, Bishop O'Dowd upgrades its record to 11-4 on the year. The Dragons host San Leandro (San Leandro, CA) to play the Pirates in a West Alameda County - Foothill bout on Wednesday, September 21. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 4-8. San Leandro lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Castro Valley (Castro Valley, CA)
The Highlanders now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Pioneer for a non-league bout on Friday, September 16. Piedmont will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-7.
