New York High School Volleyball - Brentwood Riverhead
September 14, 2022: Riverhead, NY 11901 The Riverhead Blue Waves topped the visiting Brentwood Indians volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's league test.
The Blue Waves now have a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Longwood for a Section 11 AA-1 test on Friday, September 16. Riverhead will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over William Floyd (Mastic Beach, NY). The Lions record now stands at 1-0.
The Indians (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Bay Shore (Bay Shore, NY). The Marauders enter the Section 11 AA-1 test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Bay Shore gained a win over Smithtown East (Smithtown, NY), 3-0, in a non-league test.
