North Carolina High School Volleyball - Corvian Community over Queen's Grant

September 14, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28269

Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Cardinals battle the Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 15. Corvian Community will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Vikings come into the match with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC).

With the loss, Queen's Grant drops to 2-8 on the campaign. The Stallions host Carolina International (Concord, NC) to battle the Comets in a Metro Eight 1A match on Friday, September 16. The Comets come into the match with a record of 5-6. Carolina International lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC)
