Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) fans left the game satisfied Thursday as they observed their football team nudge the host Fort Collins Lambkins (Fort Collins, CO), 35-31 in a non-league test.

With the win, Cherokee Trail improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Castle View (Castle Rock, CO) to confront the Sabercats in a non-league test on Thursday, September 21. The Sabercats go into the test with a record of 4-0. Castle View won 29-7 in their recent non-league test against Douglas County (Castle Rock, CO)
