September 14, 2023: Spokane, WA 99208 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Lakeland Hawks (Rathdrum, ID) and the host St. George's Dragons (Spokane, WA), saw Lakeland's soccer squad triumph over St. George's by a count of 6-1.
The Hawks now hold a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Moscow for a 4A District II test on Tuesday, September 19. Lakeland will meet a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Post Falls (Post Falls, ID). The Bears record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, St. George's drops to 2-1 on the season. The Dragons travel to Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy (Coeur d'Alene, ID) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Friday, September 15. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 5-0. Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy won 4-2 in their recent league test against Timberlake (Spirit Lake, ID)
