September 14, 2023: Marshall, TX 75670 Marshall Mavericks (Marshall, TX) fans left the game content Thursday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Carthage Bulldogs (Carthage, TX), 46-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Marshall improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Mavericks host Pine Tree (Longview, TX) to battle the Pirates in a test on Thursday, September 21. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 0-1. Pine Tree lost 36-28 in their recent non-league test against Van (Van, TX)
With the loss, Carthage drops to 0-2 on the campaign.
