California High School Football - Newport Harbor knocked off by St. Augustine
September 14, 2023: San Diego, CA 92104 St. Augustine Saints (San Diego, CA) fans left the game content Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Newport Harbor Sailors (Newport Beach, CA), 27-12 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, St. Augustine improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA) to battle the Crusaders in a non-league test on Friday, September 22. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 0-4. Mater Dei Catholic lost 23-0 in their recent non-league test against Point Loma (San Diego, CA)
With the loss, Newport Harbor drops to 0-1 on the campaign.
