September 14, 2023: Belding, MI 48809 Godwin Heights Wolverines (Wyoming, MI) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Belding Black Knights (Belding, MI), 8-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Wolverines confront the NorthPointe Christian Mustangs (Grand Rapids, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Silver challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. Godwin Heights will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 0-0 league Calvin Christian (Grandville, MI).
The Black Knights now possess a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kelloggsville for a Ottawa-Kent - Silver challenge on Tuesday, September 19.
