September 14, 2023: Pleasant Hill, OH 45359 Celina Bulldogs (Celina, OH) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Newton Local Indians (Pleasant Hill, OH), 10-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Botkins Trojans (Botkins, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 16. Celina will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 12-0 league win over Lima Central Catholic (Lima, OH).
The Indians now have a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Emmanuel Christian Academy for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 19. Newton Local will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-3 non-league Shawnee (Springfield, OH). The Lions record now stands at 0-2.
