Faith Lutheran Crusaders (Las Vegas, NV) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Desert Pines Jaguars (Las Vegas, NV), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders confront the Durango Trailblazers (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Desert challenge, on Monday, September 18. Faith Lutheran will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Trailblazers enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Legacy (North Las Vegas, NV).

The Jaguars now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southeast Career Tech for a 4A Desert challenge on Wednesday, September 20. Desert Pines will confront a Roadrunners team coming off a 1-1 non-league Canyon Springs (North Las Vegas, NV). The Roadrunners record now stands at 8-4.
