California High School Volleyball - Fresno tips Sunnyside
September 14, 2023: Fresno, CA 93704 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Fresno Warriors (Fresno, CA) and the visiting Sunnyside Wildcats (Fresno, CA), saw Fresno's volleyball squad nip Sunnyside by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Fresno upgrades its record to 8-11 on the year. The Warriors travel to Sanger West (Fresno, CA) to play the Hornets in a CMAC/NYL bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 16-5. Sanger West won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Kerman (Kerman, CA)
The Wildcats now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Torres for a CMAC/NYL bout on Tuesday, September 19. Sunnyside will play a Toros squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Hoover (Fresno, CA). The Toros record now stands at 3-15.
