September 14, 2023: Herreid, SD 57632 Herreid/Selby Wolverines (Herreid, SD) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Leola/Frederick Titans (Leola, SD), 3-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Wolverines clash with the Aberdeen Christian Knights (Aberdeen, SD) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 16. Herreid/Selby will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 1-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD).
With the loss, Leola/Frederick drops to 4-7 on the campaign. The Titans host Northwestern Area (Mellette, SD) to clash with the Wildcats in a B Region 1 match on Tuesday, September 19. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 12-6.
