September 14, 2023: Plymouth, MN 55446 The Providence Academy Lions topped the visiting Holy Family Catholic Fire volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Lions now have a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Paul Academy-Summit for a non-league test on Monday, September 18. Providence Academy will confront a Spartans team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Breck (Minneapolis, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 1-5.
The Fire (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Mabel-Canton (Mabel, MN). The Cougars enter the non-league test with a 12-0 record. In their last test, Mabel-Canton gained a win over Lanesboro (Lanesboro, MN), 3-0, in a league test.
