September 14, 2023: Alhambra, CA 91801 The San Gabriel Matadors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Mark Keppel Aztecs to 1 in the Matadors league victory on Thursday.
The Matadors now possess a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montebello for a Almont game on Tuesday, September 19.
The Aztecs (5-9) will now prepare for their game against Schurr (Montebello, CA). The Spartans enter the Almont game with a 13-5 record. In their last game, Schurr defeated Bell Gardens (Bell Gardens, CA), 3-1, in a league game.
