September 14, 2024: Virginia Beach, VA 23464 The Warwick Raiders volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Tallwood Lions to 0 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Raiders now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Woodside for a Peninsula outing on Tuesday, September 17. Warwick will play a Wolverines team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Menchville (Newport News, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Tallwood drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Kellam (Virginia Beach, VA) to play the Knights in a Beach outing on Tuesday, September 17. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 8-1. Kellam won 2-1 in their recent league outing against First Colonial (Virginia Beach, VA)
