Linfield Christian Lions (Temecula, CA) followers went home pleased Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Tahquitz Titans (Hemet, CA), 43-28 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Linfield Christian advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Lions travel to Norwalk (Norwalk, CA) to encounter the Lancers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 20. The Lancers go into the battle with a record of 2-1. Norwalk lost 29-12 in their recent non-league battle against Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA)

The Titans now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Liberty for a non-league battle on Friday, September 20. Tahquitz will encounter a Bison team coming off a 48-0 non-league loss to Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA). The Bison record now stands at 2-1.
