September 14, 2024: Swampscott, MA 01907 Swampscott Big Blue (Swampscott, MA) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Lynn English Bulldogs (Lynn, MA), 24-22 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Swampscott advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Big Blue travel to Peabody Veterans Memorial (Peabody, MA) to play the Tanners in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 21. The Tanners go into the battle with a record of 0-2. Peabody Veterans Memorial lost 14-0 in their recent non-league battle against Winchester (Winchester, MA)
The Bulldogs now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Greater Lawrence Tech for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 28.
