Ohio High School Soccer - North toppled by Avon Lake
September 14, 2024: Avon Lake, OH 44012 Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting North Rangers (Eastlake, OH), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Avon Lake moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Shoremen host Bay (Bay Village, OH) to clash with the Rockets in a non-league test on Monday, September 16. The Rockets come into the test with a record of 3-1. Bay won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against North Royalton (North Royalton, OH)
The Rangers now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chardon for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17. North will clash with a Hilltoppers team coming off a 2-2 non-league South (Willoughby, OH). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 3-1.
