California High School Volleyball - Homestead can't get by Burlingame
September 14, 2024: Cupertino, CA 95014 Burlingame Panthers (Burlingame, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Burlingame improves its record to 5-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA) to face the Lancers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Lancers go into the test with a record of 1-0. Saint Francis won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Burlingame (Burlingame, CA)
The Mustangs now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Los Gatos for a contest on Monday, September 16. Homestead will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-4.
