September 14, 2024: DeKalb, IL 60115 Rochelle Hubs (Rochelle, IL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host DeKalb Barbs (DeKalb, IL), 5-3 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Rochelle moves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Hubs travel to Kaneland (Maple Park, IL) to meet the Knights in a Interstate Eight test on Monday, September 16. The Knights come into the test with a record of 4-3. Kaneland won 4-3 in their recent league test against Ottawa (Ottawa, IL)
The Barbs now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Waubonsie Valley for a DuPage Valley test on Tuesday, September 17. DeKalb will meet a Warriors team coming off a 2-2 non-league Oswego (Oswego, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 4-1.
