Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Iroquois nudges Sharon
September 14, 2024: Erie, PA 16511 In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Iroquois Braves soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Sharon Tigers.
The Braves (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA). The Lakers go into the District 10 Region 4 outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Mercyhurst Prep got by Corry (Corry, PA), 8-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Conneaut Area Eagles (Linesville, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 outing, on Monday, September 16. Sharon will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 0-2 record after their 9-2 league loss to Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA).
