Oklahoma High School Softball - Duncan bounces Wilburton
September 14, 2024: Duncan, OK 73534 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Duncan Demons (Duncan, OK) and the visiting Wilburton Diggers (Wilburton, OK), observed Duncan's softball team prevail over Wilburton by a tally of 10-0.
The Demons (17-8) will now prepare for their bout against MacArthur (Lawton, OK). The Highlanders go into the 5A District 1 bout with a 7-13 record. In their last bout, MacArthur knocked off Ryan (Ryan, OK), 6-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Diggers clash with the Broken Bow Savages (Broken Bow, OK) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 14. Wilburton will attempt to advance on its 12-16 season record. The Savages go into the bout with a 14-5 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Comanche (Comanche, OK).
