Colorado High School Softball - Palmer Ridge bounces Lamar
September 14, 2024: Monument, CO 80132 The Palmer Ridge Bears softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Lamar Thunder to 2 in the Bears non-league win on Saturday.
The Bears now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lewis-Palmer for a 4A Pikes Peak battle on Monday, September 16. Palmer Ridge will encounter a Rangers team coming off a 20-3 league loss to Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Rangers record now stands at 2-11.
With the loss, Lamar moves to 10-4 on the season. The Thunder travel to Limon (Limon, CO) to encounter the Badgers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 17. The Badgers come into the battle with a record of 2-11. Limon lost 10-0 in their recent non-league battle against Southeast Colorado (Wiley, CO)
