In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host St. Mary's Ryken Knights volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Cape Henry Collegiate Dolphins.

The Knights (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Smithfield (Smithfield, VA). The Packers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Smithfield was nudged by Poquoson (Poquoson, VA), 3-2, in a league challenge.
