California High School Volleyball - Schurr tips St. Anthony
September 14, 2024: Long Beach, CA 90802 The Schurr Spartans volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host St. Anthony Saints to 1 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Spartans now have a 9-12 record. They play next when they host Alhambra for a Almont outing on Tuesday, September 17. Schurr will play a Moors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA). The Moors record now stands at 2-8.
With the loss, St. Anthony drops to 12-11 on the campaign. The Saints travel to La Salle (Pasadena, CA) to play the Lancers in a Camino Real outing on Tuesday, September 17. The Lancers come into the outing with a record of 6-7. La Salle lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Saugus (Saugus, CA)
