In their next game, the Buckin' Elks clash with the East Wilkes Cardinals (Ronda, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 22. Elkin will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Cardinals enter the bout with a 4-1 record after their 28-6 non-league loss to Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC).
The Vikings (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Starmount (Boonville, NC). The Rams enter the non-league bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, Starmount walloped Walkertown (Walkertown, NC), 24-8, in a non-league bout.
