Pennsylvania High School Football - Bedford held off by Penn Cambria

In Friday's league game, the Penn Cambria Panthers (Cresson, PA) football team got by the visiting Bedford Bisons (Bedford, PA), by a score of 21-19.

The Panthers (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA). The Red Devils come into the Laurel Highlands game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Central Cambria nipped Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA), 20-0, in a league game.

The Bisons now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Chestnut Ridge for a Laurel Highlands game on Friday, September 22. Bedford will battle a Lions team coming off a 38-31 league win over Forest Hills (Sidman, PA). The Lions record now stands at 4-0.
