In Friday's non-league match, the host Dallas Christian Chargers football squad scored a good 41-28 victory over the Bishop Lynch Friars.

In their next game, the Chargers clash with the Nolan Catholic Vikings (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 22. Dallas Christian will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 0-4 record after their 56-0 non-league loss to Episcopal (Bellaire, TX).

The Friars (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Liberty Christian (Argyle, TX). The Warriors enter the non-league match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Liberty Christian thwarted Grapevine Faith Christian (Grapevine, TX), 56-3, in a non-league match.
