Oklahoma High School Football - Carnegie routed by Hinton
September 15, 2023: Carnegie, OK 73015 In Friday's non-league game, the Hinton Comets (Hinton, OK) football team smashed the host Carnegie Wildcats (Carnegie, OK), by a score of 55-20.
The Comets (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Christian Heritage (Del City, OK). The Crusaders come into the A District 3 game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Christian Heritage overwhelmed Mount St. Mary (Oklahoma City, OK), 33-13, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hobart for a A District 2 game on Friday, September 22. Carnegie will meet a Bearcats team coming off a 41-13 non-league win over Burns Flat-Dill City (Burns Flat, OK). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-2.
