Louisiana High School Football - Slidell trounced by Central

September 15, 2023: Baton Rouge, LA 70818

Central Wildcats (Baton Rouge, LA) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team rout the visiting Slidell Tigers (Slidell, LA), 42-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Central improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wildcats host East Jefferson (Metairie, LA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league test on Thursday, September 21. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 2-1. East Jefferson won 32-0 in their recent non-league test against Haynes Academy (Metairie, LA)

With the loss, Slidell moves to 1-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to St. Paul's (Covington, LA) to confront the Wolves in a 5A District 6 test on Friday, September 22. The Wolves go into the test with a record of 2-1. St. Paul's won 14-6 in their recent non-league test against De La Salle (New Orleans, LA)
