Mississippi High School Football - Delta Academy crushed by West Memphis Christian

West Memphis Christian Black Knights (West Memphis, AR) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Delta Academy Raiders (Marks, MS), 80-38 in a league test.

With the triumph, West Memphis Christian improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Black Knights travel to Marvell Academy (Marvell, AR) to confront the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, September 22. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-4. Marvell Academy lost 52-6 in their recent league test against Lee Academy (Marianna, AR)

Coming up next, the Raiders face the Tunica Academy Blue Devils (Tunica, MS) in a MAIS 8-Man 2A District 1 (8 Man) battle, on Friday, September 22. Delta Academy will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Blue Devils enter the battle with a 3-1 record after their 44-38 non-league win over Deer Creek (Arcola, MS).
