The Washington Prexies (Washington, PA) football defeated the host Greensburg Central Catholic Centurions (Greensburg, PA), 31-7 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Prexies face the Brentwood Spartans (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL AA Century bout, on Friday, September 22. Washington will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 0-4 record after their 43-18 league loss to McGuffey (Claysville, PA).

The Centurions (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Springdale (Springdale, PA). The Dynamos enter the WPIAL A Eastern bout with a 1-3 record. In their last bout, Springdale lost by Leechburg (Leechburg, PA), 48-25, in a league bout.
