September 15, 2023: Harrodsburg, KY 40330 The Southwestern Warriors (Somerset, KY) football routed the host Mercer County Titans (Harrodsburg, KY), 42-7 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the North Laurel Jaguars (London, KY) in a 5A District 8 bout, on Friday, September 22. Southwestern will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Jaguars enter the bout with a 2-2 record after their 14-7 non-league win over Madison Central (Richmond, KY).
The Titans (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Madison Southern (Berea, KY). The Eagles enter the non-league bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Madison Southern walloped Henry Clay (Lexington, KY), 36-6, in a non-league bout.
