The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Perry Central Bulldogs (New Augusta, MS) and the visiting North Forrest Eagles (Hattiesburg, MS), observed Perry Central's football squad edge North Forrest by a count of 34-30.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Greene County for a non-league contest on Friday, September 22. Perry Central will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 21-7 non-league loss to Forrest County Agricultural (Brooklyn, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-4.
