California High School Volleyball - The Nueva School over Pinewood
September 15, 2023: Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 The Nueva School Mavericks (San Mateo, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Pinewood Panthers (Los Altos Hills, CA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Mavericks clash with the University Prep Academy Golden Eagles (San Jose, CA) in a match, on Tuesday, September 19. The Nueva School will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the match with a 4-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over KIPP San Jose Collegiate (San Jose, CA).
With the loss, Pinewood drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Crystal Springs Uplands (Hillsborough, CA) to clash with the Gryphons in a match on Tuesday, September 19. The Gryphons come into the match with a record of 2-1. Crystal Springs Uplands won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Design Tech (Redwood City, CA)
