September 15, 2023: Chula Vista, CA 91913 The Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders topped the visiting St. Joseph Academy Crusaders volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Crusaders now have a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodbridge for a non-league test on Friday, September 15. Mater Dei Catholic will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Northwood (Irvine, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-6.
The Crusaders (3-10) will now prepare for their test against Calexico (Calexico, CA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 8-6 record. In their last test, Calexico gained a win over Mar Vista (Imperial Beach, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
