Next up, the Knights battle the Hertford County Bears (Ahoskie, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 16. Currituck County will attempt to move on its 11-2 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC).
With the loss, Deep Creek drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Hornets host Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 17. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 4-2. Great Bridge won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Hickory (Chesapeake, VA)
