Washington High School Volleyball - Sumner over Mount Tahoma
September 15, 2025: Tacoma, WA 98409 Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Sumner Spartans (Sumner, WA) and the host Mount Tahoma T-Birds (Tacoma, WA), observed Sumner's volleyball team top Mount Tahoma by a count of 3-0.
The Spartans (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bethel (Spanaway, WA). The Bison go into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record.
The T-Birds now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Kitsap for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 16. Mount Tahoma will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Silas (Tacoma, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
