North Carolina High School Soccer - Crest South Caldwell
September 15, 2025: Hudson, NC 28638 South Caldwell Spartans (Hudson, NC) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the visiting Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC), 3-1 in a non-league outing.
The Spartans (1-5) will now prepare for their outing against Hibriten (Lenoir, NC). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 8-3 record. In their last outing, Hibriten got by East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC), 9-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Chargers confront the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) in a Big South 5A/6A test, on Thursday, September 18. Crest will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Jaguars come into the test with a 3-3 record after their 5-0 league win over Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC).
