September 15, 2025: Huntersville, NC 28078 In Monday's league outing, the visiting Garinger Wildcats soccer team scored a close 5-0 triumph over the Hopewell Titans.
With the triumph, Garinger moves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to clash with the Sabres in a Greater Charlotte 7A/8A test on Wednesday, September 17. The Sabres come into the test with a record of 7-2. South Mecklenburg won 2-0 in their recent league test against Hough (Cornelius, NC)
The Titans now sport a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Mecklenburg for a Greater Charlotte 7A/8A outing on Wednesday, September 17. Hopewell will confront a Hawks squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 2-9.
