North Carolina High School Soccer - Hillside Research Triangle
September 15, 2025: Durham, NC 27707 Research Triangle Raptors (Research Triangle Park, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Hillside Hornets (Durham, NC), 4-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Research Triangle advances its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Raptors travel to Triangle Math & Science (Apex, NC) to clash with the Tigers in a Diamond Nine 1A/2A/3A test on Wednesday, September 17. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 4-5. Triangle Math & Science lost 6-1 in their recent league game against NCSSM: Durham (Durham, NC)
The Hornets (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Vance County (Henderson, NC). The Vipers come into the non-league game with a 11-0 record. In their last game, Vance County edged Crossroads Christian (Henderson, NC), 7-1, in a non-league game.
